Session 2: “Boldly Moving Into New Space – UPA Progress, Marketing and State Feedback” – As we move into the new UPA, get a first look at the tools and demo of new materials developed to assist in our efforts.

Session 6: “Identify & Troubleshooting the Issues”. We will hear the obstacles to success that have been identified from the Sales & Marketing breakout sessions, and will then break into small groups and create strategies to overcome these obstacles.

Session 7: “Keynote Speaker - : Jason Dorsey – “A Millennial Teaching Us About Millennials” – As the leading generations speaker, Jason Dorsey focuses on how to get ahead of the crave when it comes to Millennials and Gen Z. (Invited)

Session 8: “Welcome the Aliens, Who Aren’t Really Aliens”. Panel of current SRA members who are millennials as we ask them why those chose to join, obstacles we face reaching their peers, and biggest objections to SRAs, and how we can overcome these obstacles and attract others.

Session 9: “What’s Working Already”– This will be a frank discussion with SRA leaders who have tried different approaches to make certain their state association remains relevant in this dramatically changing environment.
